Keith Stroup is an attorney and the founder of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws. Using $5,000 in seed money from Hugh Hefner and the Playboy Foundation, Stroup founded NORML in 1970. In this interview, Keith discusses NORML’s history, the current state of legal reform, and many other cannabis-related topics. Stroup is a legend in the cannabis legal reform movement which makes for a fascinating and informative interview.
